Budget stay. Save money.

Liked: Customer service Michelle provided great customer service. She had a great positive attitude and helped me with my luggage. This is the type of employee all companies should have. She went above and beyond to assure my stay was pleasant. The hotel is average and great price. Safe lots of nighttime lighting and easy check in and check out.Rooms are clean and large. Overall the customer service representative is the reason I would come back.
Disliked: Noise a dog was barking erratically customers with pets should be advised that they should respect others and control their animals and noise level.

WE DID NOT STAY!!!

Liked: The place was filty. You walk and you smell cigarettes. The girl at the desk said there is no smoking here or they get fined".We went to 3 rooms and everyone of them stank.When we finally returned to the desk there was a man in the lobby getting coffee with a cigarette clearly in his hand.I don't know if you are running a brothel or have 2 floor of people on probation. We walked out and never and will ever stay at this place. The only rooms the commidate are on the 3rd floor.We went Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge, MD where they were extremely clean & comfortable. My suggestion is you tear down the building or get in there and clean it up!!!!
Disliked: Not a damn thing! I would not allow a dog to stay there!!!

Disliked: Noise in the Hall til 11:00. It kept us up.
