It was pleasant enough but...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towel seemed very clean. Ice machine close to room.
Disliked: Overwhelming smell of fresh pet carpet cleaner when you walk in the lobby. Pet hair on the bed skirt. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and some other repairs needed in bathroom. VERY loud frogs outside the window.

Liked: Everything was clean and I the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The window leaked in our room. We had to have the toilet fixed because it wouldn't flush. The toilet also ran all the time. There was a weird smell coming from the sink. It smelled like eggs. The shower water was fine though so we just used that water.

Great night's sleep

Liked: Very comfortable bed and quiet. We controlled the room temperature. Good breakfast.

Liked: THE STAFF WAS GREAT!!
Disliked: This hotel is filthy, with trash under the beds. I walked through a spiderweb when I entered the room, The air conditioner was falling apart. It worked great but the door which holds the filter would not stay on. I told the front desk I was concerned that my 13-month-old granddaughter would touch the insides since it was exposed. She simply put the door back on and walked out. The door fell off 5 minutes later. I had to put the air conditioner door and filter under the bed to keep my granddaughter from playing with it. The window tracks were filthy with mold in the tracks. The room and the bathroom were dusty, and the carpet was a mess with stains and dirt. The mirrored doors to the closet were off-track and we had to fight with it to open and close it. The housekeeping staff needs to vacuum under the beds, remove the cushions from the chairs, and vacuum. I found so many crumbs and dirt in the chair in the hallway.
