Overall good; slow elevators; ice machine on 6th floor only?

Disliked: Property was very dirty and had bugs everywhere I was scared to put my bags down

Disliked: The halls were dirty, was missing an iron, trash cans and a shower curtain and shower rod. The staff addressed all the things but left a mess after installing the shower rod

Liked: Location was good, breakfast not so much. Scrambled Eggs and sausage, cereal. Could have been more of a variety.
Disliked: More of a variety for breakfast.

Liked: the staff were the best feature of this stay.
Disliked: Breakfast option should have been better. Property is older. Onsite staff cannot offer better rates than online for extending the stay and ended up spending a lot more money when it was determined that our stay length was under the control of a hospital and not ourselves. Been nice to be able to extend the stay at the rate we paid on the initial 2 week reservation.

Liked: The best part is it’s quiet .
Disliked: Every time we asked for clean towels and rags there were now. When it rained my ceiling was leaking. One staff lady is very rude. She talks to people any kind of way. Also ants were all on the dresser and on the floor.

By far the worst.

Liked: I didn’t enjoy my stay whatsoever
Disliked: I completely disliked my stay, I had to move rooms 3 different times because of the lack of services. Such as cable, a lock on the door and basic cleanliness of the bathrooms.I was also informed by other guests that the facility may have bedbugs, which was quite a worry and made my stay entirely uncomfortable.

Pass on this hotel. Not...

Liked: Filthy rooms, halls, and elevator. Room was not turned over, bed not made towels used and dirty.
Disliked: I was given a new room.
