Had a wonderful last minute...

Liked: Very clean and landscaped outside. The lobby was clean and snack room was stocked with many options. The rooms were neatly laid out, the beds were super comfortable, pillows were wonderful, the shower was excellent. Coffee stocked, bathroom had very nice shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/lotion products. Clean appliances and carpet. Breakfast was hearty and filling! Great AC!
Disliked: Check out at 11am, only because I wasn’t feeling that well after traveling.

Disliked: The bathroom shower was pretty poor the water from the shower came out yellow after a while, the floor carpet was dirty and smelly, the light fixtures weren't working properly and the staff from the front desk weren't very professional.

After all that, it felt...

Disliked: During my recent stay, my party had reserved three rooms.Despite requesting early check-in two months in advance and confirming it again two days before our arrival, the front desk clerk was initially unaccommodating, stating that early check-in was not possible due to full occupancy, but ultimately granted it anyway. This caused unnecessary stress. Additionally, we received a call on the morning of our arrival to confirm our reservation, even after I had already confirmed it.Upon arrival, locating the third room became problematic, and it nearly appeared as though there was no record of the room we had paid for. Once we saw our room with a king bed, it felt like we were in a nursing home! It was completely bare, nothing on the walls, one extra chair for seating, even though there was enough room for a couch, and no carpet.
