Rude front desk lady.

Disliked: Front desk was rude. No manager on duty and the employee wasn’t willing to give her name. I was charged and never stayed. Getting a refund is very time consuming and the employee didn’t offer any assistance. Just told us to stay somewhere else. You’re better off at the Laquinta or Home2 right next door. Staff was exceptional at both locations.

My stay was overall nice....

Liked: I booked the hotel because of an emergency flooding within my neighborhood. I feel the price of rooms were increased because the company knew they would sell out because of emergency.
