No surprises!

Liked: Food was good. Nice to have it there. We told them we’d be arriving later and they saved us a first floor room which was so nice. They didn’t even know my husband is disabled so we really appreciated that.
Disliked: All good.

Yearly family reunion

Liked: Breakfast was ready. Entrance into hotel was clean
Disliked: The banquet room wasn't very clean upon our family arrival. There was no full fridge available for our weekend gathering, lighting in the kitchen was horrible and not the cleanest.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Liked: The staff were welcoming and efficient. The facilities were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and the linens good quality. The location was what we needed for visiting family in Black River Falls.
Disliked: The room was clean, but the furniture, walls and upholstery were a bit worn.
