Liked: We had dirty sheets on the pull out couch and when I called to let them know they didn’t bring sheets up all she said was I’ll let housekeeping know

Front desk issues, otherwise good

Liked: Everything was great except went up to front desk 3x during stay and nobody was around. Had to wait several mintures for the guy to finally show up.
Disliked: Nobody at front desk more than once.

Not what I hoped for...

Liked: The location was good. My room was very clean and nice.
Disliked: The TV remote was just confusing. Also it was too noisy with teens in the halls late at night and in the room next door on Saturday night late. Enjoyed my last stay in 2022 much more.

Umm

Liked: The staff was really nice, very welcoming and just very kind. The breakfast was decent
Disliked: The pool was a very cold and the hot tub no where near hot my babies bath water is warmer
