Liked: Good location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Regular waffle batter was out. ☹️

Good value for the price

Liked: Good selection of food for breakfast and maintained well.
Disliked: Shampoo container on shower wall was empty. Had to go to desk and request one.Coffee in lobby was stale and bitter.

Disliked: Room needed a deep cleaning regarding the carpet, bathroom, & furniture

It’s a great place but...

Liked: Location & comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room needed a deep cleansing & there was no shower gel in the bottle attached in the shower. The shower had hair along the rim towards the back of the shower. The toilet wasn’t cleaned prior to the room being rented out!

It was not a good...

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: My room was dirty. There was construction on my floor that I wasn’t told about. The banging started at 8:55. The bathtub water didn’t turn off, the sink faucet wasn’t attached and the toilet leaked. It was awful and exhausting. I will never use comfort suites again.
