Liked: The hotel was really nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was one housekeeper who couldn't speak good English but he was very helpful.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable.

Disliked: AC didn't run properly, making the whole room damp & humid. Black mold spots on the room ceiling. Refrigerator was not cold even on the coldest setting. The mattress was lumpy & sagged in the middle. There was a laundry facility, but the hotel doesn't have change nor a change machine. At least have a coin change machine or the option to use a credit card to use the washer and dryer. Bathroom had 2 bulbs that needed to be replaced.

Liked: Breakast was excellent. Lots of choices both hot and cold. The morning after our first night of our stay, the floor in front of the mini refrigerator was really wet. We spoke to the manager and told him about the situation. We told him if he could get the floor dried that would be good for us. He said he will move us to an upgraded room at the same price as the room we are currently in if that was fine with us. Then, He came right up to our room to check out the area. We moved to the other room. Both our first room and the upgraded room was excellent and clean. The manager did everything to correct the situation. He listened and showed concerned for us. The lobby was beautiful and well kept.
