Disliked: This place was so dirty. Hair on sheets, cigarette holes everywhere, we didn't have a fire alarm, floors are dirty, dust on walls, this place is just bad. Don't Stay Here🤬🤬🤬🤬. Booking needs to take them off their website bc they don't look like any of the pictures.

Liked: I was told it had a heated pool. It was not! Water temp about 65 degrees! Only reason for staying was to swim for children. We checked out 30 minutes after checking in.

Great location with very mediocre...

Liked: The location was great, surrounded by stores and food options.
Disliked: The customer service was poor from the beginning (prior to actually checking in). The pool was an ice bath, which they should state up front. The rooms were not the cleanest and the property workers were offended when I told them so. The toilet was leaking as well.

Disliked: It was not up to date, like on the pictures. Our sink kept stopping up, and no one came to fix it. Never got any clean towels the whole week.

Disliked: Everything. The photos were a CATFISH!! Nothing looks the was it was shown in the photos, almost as if they KNEW it was a dump and they were trying to hide it

Disliked: this hotel was unclean and there was no running water in kitchen area . the sheets were dirty and the rooms was unsanitary. i was offer ed another room and that room was even worse. will not stay again
