The desk clerk, Michael, is...

Liked: The 24-hour pool option. The room was a good size, and the desk clerk, Michael, was amazing.
Disliked: The room wasn’t cleaned very well. There were used tissues crumpled up beneath one of the beds…and on the same bed were what appeared to be dirty sheets and comforter. There were “matching” blood stains on the bottom sheet, the top sheet, and on the comforter. Also blood stains on the window curtains. The desk chair had a very nasty looking stain in the center of it…which could have been cleaned off with spray and a towel if someone had actually cleaned the room. The only thing that appeared “clean” was the very thin top comforter cover.

Liked: Front desk night staff upon check in was friendly and very helpful making change for vending machine asking us if we need anything patient with our family and even said hello to our dog!
Disliked: Door to our room seemed to appear to be in need of paint or fixing a bit. A little beat up. Deep dings.

Okay for a single night.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, pool open 24 hours.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but there was a lot that needed replenishing at once and it seemed like the one person overseeing it was having a hard time keeping up. Beds were hard.

Exceptional

VERY VERY true to its...

Liked: 1. the DESK staff just marvelous! ....very friendly helPful..accomodating...( and all spoke ENglish....hurray!) 2 the pool area and hot tub very luxurious, lovely lottsa light..and Even an outdoor patio with chase lounges!
Disliked: 1. The lobby sitting area not usable as it was full of boxes and pallets stacked everywhere....as were some the hallways and entranceways 2. the cleaning AND breakfast staff did NOT speak or understand English. that was very frustrating when trying to ask for towels or soap...or coffee and more yogurt etc

Great value for a comfortable...

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room, bathroom a little small. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool area was large and bright, but hottub had gritty dirt in it and the walkway/stairs to the pool area was dirty, It could be because we were there on a Monday and maybe the weekend was really busy.

Met expectations. Nice breakfast available.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean.
Disliked: Lack of space for coffee tray. Would like all of bathroom facilities including sink to be closed off from the rest of the room.

Very welcoming and cozy stay!

Liked: The staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful. We felt very taken care of.
Disliked: There could have been an extra beverage vending machine on the other side of the building but other than that we enjoyed everything.
