Good stay but maybe call...
Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were unavailable there. They did offer the use of a pool at another location but that is not convenient or quite the same. If I had kids with me or we hadn’t already been busy that evening, I would’ve been very unhappy. I find it deceitful to advertise a pool/hot tub and then get to a location and find it’s not working. They should’ve called to let us know. We often only stay at places that have a hot tub because that is our nighttime entertainment.

Really made the long drive...
Liked: Breakfast offerings did not meet our standards, and we went out to breakfast.
Disliked: The food was not fresh at all, looked and tastes like it all came from a bag. Would rather they provide fresh, local baked items.

All in all those things...
Liked: The King Suite with Kitchen was really nice for our three night trip to Ashland. We enjoyed the indoor pool , spa and the outdoor patio sitting in the sunshine after the dip. The breakfast was a great start to the day. . The employees were very pleasant.
Disliked: A few gluten free items for breakfast in the bread and cereal area would be an improvement. Our third floor ice machine was always out of ice. Maybe it was broken. I just went downstairs but then that one started being empty on the third night. Luckily I had put water in the ice cube trays and put them in the freezer to freeze so I had ice just for that emergency. The living room area was much warmer than the bedroom area. The duct work had no cool air going through it. Last very important thing……I inquired in advance about the hotel having an elevator and the answer I got was “YES.” When we arrived much to our surprise it was NOT IN SERVICE!,!!!!. I am disabled and my partner is 72 almost 73 and shouldn’t carry luggage and an ice chest or carry all the other items up stairs to the room which we were assigned. The lower floors are dog rooms which we did not want. The receptionist offered to carry everything up to the room but was the only person at the front desk and there was there were other guests checking in and it wasn’t right for us to ask for that. We emptied what we could handle little by little and got our belongings upstairs. We were very disappointed that the elevator wasn’t in operation.
