Liked: The fact that there was a bar was amazing. The staff who worked the bar was fantastic, helpful, extremely friendly.

Disliked: The pool and hot tub were down, and this was not indicated on the website. I was told I could cancel and search for alternate places to stay after a long day of traveling. Crumbs on room floor near base of furniture upon check-in. Not addressed when the front desk was informed. Under lid of ice bucket dirty. Mold under lid of replacement ice bucket. Cleaned when I informed housekeeping when I saw them in the hallway. The ironing board cover was spotted and dirty. Nothing was done when replacement was requested by the front desk. Hard water stains on the shower head. Not addressed when the front desk was informed. Microwave in lobby dirty during evening shift. Nothing was done when the front desk was informed. Toilet ran throughout the night. Nothing was done after the front desk was informed. Toilet eventually stopped up. Someone came and punged it after plunger was left in front of my room door for a long period of time. Then, after plunging, they left the plunger in front of my room door until I moved it across the hallway.Upon checkout, I informed Alicia, the hotel manager, about my stay, and she was very dismissive and not interested in offering any form of concessions for my experience. She said that because I used Booking.com, not a different 3rd party booking company or book through the Comfort Inn directly, there was nothing she could do or offer. As far as the pool and hot tub being down, Alicia stated I could have accepted the hotel's offer to cancel my reservation upon checking in (after a day of travel and uber ride later) and researched a different hotel to stay.
