Nice hotel.

Disliked: The place was packed to check in and only one person was at counter.

Disliked: Needs better cleaning practices. The vacuuming brought about a terrible smell to the hallways, there were stains on the mattress, even the light switches were dirty look like no one has washed a wall in there in a while needs some paint also there are chips and burn marks in the wall and window seals

Liked: The check in person was excellent, helpful, and polite.
Disliked: The phone call at 10:00 am asking if we were checking out today and saying check out is at 11. Yes we knew that.

Liked: The potential of the room it was set up nice but facilities didnt work properly nor did keys..
Disliked: Jacuzzi couldve worked, couldve been bed pillows instead of lil decorative pillows on bed, over priced and didnt even get to use the jacuzzi due to spa jets not working. Had to go to front desk 3x about keys not working. A/c unit wasn’t working either
