Nice hotel.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: The place was packed to check in and only one person was at counter.

Very poor

Disliked: I literally picked this location to enjoy their hat tub. Mislead!! Website said the pool was heated...lies! Hot tub wasn't working. Plus my ROOM WAS NEVER cleaned...even after I put in a request to at least have the bed made up.Ridiculous! NO EXCUSES!!

They need to knock down...

Liked: Nothing that place was awful Everything was dirty, and they tried to cover up the odor with it loud air freshener. The carpet was completely nasty from the doors to the bathroom to the bed. I won’t be surprised if they had bedbugs cause I was inching as soon as I entered the room.
Disliked: I didn’t like anything about it. Even the pool area looked nasty.

Liked: It was 1 block away from family.
Disliked: Dirty room, very dated , barely working toilet.. coffee in room was tea bag style. Room toiletries were barely usable ( take your own if you dare to stay there). Uncomfortable beds. Stinks.

Liked: Room was spotless
Disliked: Pool water was filthy! It was brown and foaming. You could see dead skin frothy. We stayed a week and never saw anyone cleaning. Throwing more Chlorine in it, isn't the same as cleaning. Very disappointing

Liked: Staff lied to get me to book room. Ignoring me when the asked about who answered the phone and told me the hot tub works. Condom found in sheets and definitely bed bugs in the room I was sleeping.
