Nice hotel.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: The place was packed to check in and only one person was at counter.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: There were plenty of pillows and they were so comfortable. I slept fantastic.
Disliked: The front door was broken. They wouldn’t let us eat breakfast without our shoes on.

Superb

Liked: Staff is very friendly. Was hesitant at first because it is located between the highway and railroad tracks, but it was very quiet overnight.
Disliked: Had to ask for shampoo and coffee.

Passable

Liked: Easy to find our room. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Mold on AC unit and sheer curtains.

Exceptional

Liked: Next door to shopping mall
Disliked: My key needed to be replaced 2x

Fix all these problems and...

Liked: It was a great price for 2 nights. Location was good to everything. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Our room was dusty. Nobody vacuumed. Crumbs all over the floor. There was toilet paper and kleenex and a woman maxi pad under the shelves in the bathroom. Couldn't take a bath. No stopper. There was an ice machine in the hallway with vending machines. We'll There was water all over the floor and we told 3 different people about it and nobody did anything about it. And we saw a girl washing the floor by the elevators and she didn't clean up the water. The pool area had wet towels and garbage around the pool. I noticed dust everywhere in the lobby. Someone with allergies wouldn't like it. I'm a professional cleaner and I so wanted to clean everything. There should be extra garbage bags on the trash cans so if a guest fills it up they have another one.
