Liked: Ac working, going in and out. Room was cleaned and the staff was mid, Something is wrong with the building structure. I think they may need new flooring. I was woken out of my sleep through the night multiple times by the cracking and thudding of the ceiling/roof . I stayed on the second floor.

Disliked: Didnt have a working pool or hot tub as advertised.

Liked: The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean. The room was comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Booking did not mention that we had a pet, so they had to give us a different room and could not put my 92 year old father on the same floor he had to stay on the 3rd floor while we were on the 1st floor. The neighborhood I was not certain about taking my dog out at night for bathroom time. No restaurants around the hotel.

Liked: Easy to get to, right off the 40. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Not in the best of areas. But it wasn’t the worst, and I didn’t feel unsafe. Some boarded up buildings nearby. Homeless tent next door to the parking lot.

Liked: The location off from I40 was a real bonus
Disliked: The area was around the property was a little rundown
