Needs a facelift

Liked: The staff was amazing! I locked my keys in the car and Lilly suggested to call the police non emergency number and they were out in less than 15 mins! Thank you for the suggestion. All very pleasant and nice and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast choices weren’t great, the dinning area chairs are ripped and in bad condition and tables not much better, loose your appetite looking at it. The area has a lot of loitering due to the location by a gas station and Waffle House. The beds were the worst I have slept in and the pillows even worse, the showers had calked over mold. AC not working properly. We did ask to move to another room due to the bed being so uncomfortable although the upgrade was appreciated the bed was no better. The chlorine from the pool after 2 mins in gave us a massive headache. The sheets, towels and wash clothes all stained. The pool area could have been kept up better, towels on the floor, food on the floor… we made do with the stay but will not go back.

I will definitely book another...

Liked: I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the room and lobby. I loved the fountain outside. I loved the AC! I loved how quiet it was around me. I loved the overflow parking and the conveniences around the hotel such as a gas station and restaurants. I was able to go to a nail salon close by the hotel. I could walk there which was a plus!
Disliked: There were a couple stains on the mattress. I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what not, but thankfully it did not bother me. It’s just something I noticed. That was the only thing I didn’t like.

Liked: On the 1st floor. Shower was nice.
Disliked: Too much noise. Didn't get much sleep. Boom box playing, People above us very noisy. The walls and ceiling did not muffle much noise. Won't go back.Sorry.
