Good. Dated property, needs refreshing...

Liked: Breakfast was great.Location is great.
Disliked: Front desk staff in the evening when we arrived seem to need more training in customer service.

Clean, comfortable, relaxed.

Liked: Easy check in, bed was comfortable, room was clean. The hallways and elevator was clean.no funky smells. Quite area, close to restaurants,other stores. Snacks and drinks at the front desk.

Basic - would be practical...

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Staff - I was double charged for hotel but staff just said not there issue to take it up with booking .com that I’d need to pay ??? Still hasn’t been resolved Breakfast wasn’t great and fire alarm went off at 7am - burnt toast ???
