Disliked: When I booked the reservation, I asked the woman if there was a pool on the premises.She said there was an indoor pool. When we got there, I asked where the pool was, and the lady looked at me funny and said, "we don't have a pool!"

Disliked: We didn't like how to get into the hotel. Only 1 entrance in & out of the hotel. And only 1 side you can turn from to get in.
