Disliked: Staff (Mark) was rude and condescending! Hotel was old and in need of repairs.

Liked: Location close to the airport is good.
Disliked: The shuttle to the airport is VERY unreliable. I waited close to an hour to get to the hotel. The next morning the shuttle driver didn’t show up so the hotel desk manager drove us to the airport late, after the shuttle driver didn’t show up, despite me having confirmed numerous times about the shuttle the prior day. The desk manager just made fun of me and then the next morning the shuttle driver never even showed up!
