Disliked: Bed sheets, pillow cases and carpet were stained, floor in the room was sticky.

Do not stay here...keep on...

Disliked: The guy who worked the front desk was bothered when we told him the room was inundated with smoke odor. He didn't give any customer service. He was bothered to give us the room keys or even to do his job. The whole hotel smelled like smoke (legal and not legal substances). This was the worst experience ever especially when we left personal items in the closet and called to inquire about them. The same guy took forever to ask the surrounding staff if they had found anything and didn't seem genuine. When I pressed him for more effort he hung on me. I then called back and the "manager" took over. Our family spent two nights in this establishment and we won't ever do that again. I'll also make sure to let others know not to stay here as well.

Liked: I like the warmth of the shower and comfy beds.
Disliked: The room had ants and coffee maker in the bathroom.

Disliked: The staff, the lack of working ice machines on every floor, and the fact they booked our two rooms to other people. We booked a King Room and a double Queen room that was wheelchair accessible. We ended up with two double rooms because they gave our pre-booked rooms to other people. We were told we would only be charged for one room. The next morning we noticed we were charged for both original rooms. When we approached the manager who checked us in the previous day he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about. So, we checked out and left. Then the next day we were charged again as if we had stayed.
