Liked: The breakfast was decent. Staff who worked the dining area were nice. I didn’t appreciate the manager lying to me.
Disliked: Management needs to honor their words.

Liked: Staff was great very helpful. They did a great job accommodating me. Your breakfast staff was very sweet. I arrived kind of late for the first breakfast and she took care of me. Om check in I was late check in and the night clerk did a great job of accommodating my late arrival
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't working. I was looking forward to it after a 14-hour drive. I had trouble all three days with my key card. Staff did a great job trying to accommodate the key card, but the keycard was extremely frustrating. I was visiting with family and I felt like I was on a curfew in order to be back before the doors locked my key card out.
