Liked: Hotel staffer was gracious, friendly and eager to satisfy. She was a delight to have interacted with.

Liked: The staff upon check-in was very helpful, very professional, and certainly earned my recommendation.
Disliked: The bed and the pillows in room 302 were very uncomfortable which meant I spent most of the night tossing, turning, and debating whether or not to sleep on the floor.

Liked: Easy access from the interstate
Disliked: Parking was limited, bugs in the room, pillows were small and hard as rocks. Price was too high for what you get.

People nice, room looked and...
Liked: Had to wait several minutes for the front desk person to return to the front desk, (she looked like she was checking rooms), since she appeared from the elevator with a clip board and room numbers on them, and she reference the clip board when she assigned the room, there was mold on the tub attached to the wall. There were yellow spots on the towels, the wall where the chair was located had chipped paint or rubbed wall paper.
Disliked: The dirty looking tub, the tub seemed to be stopped up and the old fashion shower.
