Comfort Inn Santa Monica - West Los Angeles

Overall, no complaints. Great customer service, quiet, clean, etc. Only complaint is that the room could be just a bit bigger. I would stay again.

Liked: Bathroom is very large; beds extremely comfortable; room very clean.
Disliked: Room is extremely small, even for just 3 people.

Liked: It was a great location . Close to transportation links and also convenient for downtown Santa Monica. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic. Water pressure was not very good.

Disliked: We were put on the bottom floor and the upstairs people would stomp all night. It was very hard to sleep. Very thin floor that you can even hear when they went to the bathroom.
