Horrible experience.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They were rude when I came in. The pool was ‘closed’ which is the reason we had booked this hotel. They said since I was so upset they would open it which was weird. They said that since I hadn’t prepaid that I could just go to another hotel in town. Which we did. Overall they were rude. They thought I was there with a sports team which I was not and I think that is why they were so rude.

Liked: Staffs are friendly and breakfast was good with freshly made bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese omelet. You can make your own waffle also. Over-all breakfast was satisfying.
Disliked: The curtain looks like it hasn't been washed for a long time with noticeable stains and the top cover has icky white dried gooey that makes you think of something nasty. Maybe it's nothing but you definitely know it hasn't been cleaned in a while and one of the pillows has a thick curly hair. Housekeeping staff needs more training or guidance I think.

Disliked: Staff and people across from us were harassing me and my son because we had travelled 7 hours to stay there and my son was tired so he was cranky and crying. I was trying to put him to sleep. My son is 3 and he has autism. Staff threatened to kick us out and the people across from us were harassing us. They were yelling in my face while I was holding my son. I tried explaining I was trying to put him to sleep and that we’ve been traveling .

Superb

Liked: This a very clean hotel. . We had a problem with our room. I rented it because it had a whirl pool. Which I wanted to relax in it. Well it did not hold the water so that was bummer. But hotel employee was nice enough to help us out with a discount for the problem
Disliked: We will be back. Nice clean hotel. Better to check make sure everything works in the rooms like whirlpool room 215 water would not hold. Shower curtain rod hanging about to fall off.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet fit the bill! Esperanza did an excellent job in keeping up with the chaos of teens (baseball teams) and families! Front lobby staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting! Dirt settling on the bottom of the pool, along with a glass bottle. The hot tub, what!?!? It was nippy and filthy!
