Comfort Inn Roanoke Civic Center

The Holiday Inn Express Roanoke-Civic CTR was so clean and quiet. From the moment I arrived the staff was very helpful and willing to assist me with directions around Roanoke. The next morning I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. There were eggs, pancakes, toast, cereal, milk, juices and I could continue on. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Liked: Clean. Easy room exchange when we complained about the smell. Walking distance to downtown (even though it seems like no Americans walk). Short drive to McAfee Knob trainhead.
Disliked: The first room we got smelled from smoking even though it is claimed to be a smoke-free hotel.

Liked: It was nice and quiet, beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly and very welcoming!
Disliked: Tiny bathroom, side of tub was tall so when you get out of the shower, you have to watch your step down. No pool. Could not get decent internet connection.
