Superb

Liked: Nice hotel and a better hotel experience than one might normally expect at this brand.
Disliked: Somehow, in all their meticulous cleaning, landscaping, and customer service, they have neglected their American flag. It is tattered and needs to be retired, with honor. Please, have a flag ceremony, retire the old with honor, and invest in a new flag.Your hotel is like the Statue of Liberty in action. Honor your property and your workers with a new flag!

Uncomfortable, water leakage, broken exhaust...

Liked: It was less priced, breakfast was decent.
Disliked: There was a very bad smell on all floors, when you enter the room it was stinky. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, we requested the front dest to get it fixed, they sent someone but eventually it never got fixed. There was water leakage in the bathroom making it humid and slippery! One of the towel had stains. It was a very uncomfortable stay overall, never going there ever again.
