Perfect launch pad for day...

Liked: Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast had many options (waffles, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, eggs and sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, milk) and was very convenient (Weekdays 6-9am, Weekends 7-10am). Daily, we drove to the Quincy-Adams "T" train station parking garage (8 min away) and rode the Red Line into the city (~20 min)--very easy. The staff was kind and helpful with all requests we had. Parking was free and plentiful. The hotel was a great value.
Disliked: Breakfast needed more staffing. Regularly, the waffle batter ran out, forks and knives ran out, and the common tables were not cleaned very quickly. All the issues were resolved by staff, but not very quickly. Additionally, the bathrooms in the hotel rooms were very small with almost no clearance between fixtures (a challenge when bathing and toileting small children)--when the door swung open, it almost touched the sink, toilet, and shower.
