Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Our bathroom ceiling in room 109 was covered in mold. Cords for all appliances were showing in floor so it wasn’t very kid friendly.

Good

Disliked: Had a non working microwave upon arrival to our room. Gave notice to desk clerk on duty who ignored our request for a replacement or offer us another room that had a working microwave. First clerk could care less about making other accommodations. Second clerk (young man) went to another room to retrieve a working microwave for replacement in our room. It's important to show concern for customers when issues arise and treat everyone with respect. The clerk on duty Wednesday evening literally didn't give a damn.

Disliked: Phone did not work. Told desk but they did nothing. TV was very hard to operate. controllers weren.t working. Toliot had urin in it from th4e last person to use it. Staff had not even flushed it. no coffee in the desk top. Breakfast was brutal, cold, greasy and eggs were frozen patties that were tasteless. biscuits hard and still partially frozen. Only thing that was eatable was the toast.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: We have traveled once per month for the past 6 years all over the country as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Marijuana smells everyone in the hotel and the staff said “oh goodness they know better” when brought to their attention. Almost like they know they do it all the time. We are from the city.. we’re not some virgin ears and eyes. But this place was disgusting and we ended up having to leave at 2am to go to a different hotel due to the disgustingness and second hand high.
