This hotel was quite sufficient for our needs. They have a 24 hour convenience store for snacks etc. Pool looked nice. Looks a little dated but my free upgraded room had plugs, USB ports etc. built into the lamps, so very handy. Clean. There was no water for a little while in the middle of the night when we turned from our concert but it was fixed by morning. Hot water for showering was not hot at all. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Liked: Price; staff.
Disliked: Water issues.

Liked: Everyone was very nice. The room was clean.
Disliked: The hallways had carpet ripped with no signs. The one elevator was broke, and it was the closest to my room. The stairway had food on the steps, and one of the railings was loose.

Value not worth the cost!!

Disliked: The bed was very hard. The hallways were dirty. Elevator was out close to our room. It was too expensive for what we got. Not worth the price of $160! Not worth over $100. Toilet was configured weird!!?

Liked: THe location of the hotel was good and accessible. THe room was appropriate for two adults and a pet.
Disliked: Elevator did not work, Hallway lighting rather dim, room numbers missing from rooms, Carpet in hallway severly stained. Hot water got hot to quick, No vents in bathroom to reduce steam, The TV frequently loss reception and poor choices for TV channels.

Good place for 1 night,...

Liked: The best thing was dinner at the hotel (bar) . The best guacamole ive ever had .
Disliked: Needs major repairs . The seats in the lobby/dining area were horrible ! All peeling material, torn. The pillows in the room were way too mushy. The carpet on the 3rd floor is in dire need of replacement. As is the door going to hallway to rooms(glass is broken on door) .

Liked: The breakfast could have had more variety such as more fruit choices like bananas and oranges, not just half ripe apples.
Disliked: Elevator on the 5th floor didn't work - had to go out the exit door and take the stairs down to the 4th floor and back up to the 5th floor. The stairwell floors need to be swept - the same debris was on the floor the days that I stayed.

Liked: The location was fairly central but it is right off the highway so noisy
Disliked: The staff was rude especially the maintenance gentleman. The staff attempted to keep copy of driver's license with no explanation as to why or how they would dispose of personal information. Grounds were extremely dirty and trash was overflowing. The area near restaurant has food on floor that remained on floor for our entire stay. The room was not well cleaned and housekeeping did. Not come by to empty trash or provide fresh towels or toilet paper. The pictures on website do not match the actual building. Which is terribly run down and in a state of deferred maintenance and a lack of interested or hard working staff.
