It was fine, but if...

Liked: Clean nice facility
Disliked: No cups, no ice bucket and no washcloths

Stay was ok except for...

Liked: Room was okay except for toilet extremely low as well as sink
Disliked: Breakfast was aweful - no hot breakfast like most hotels

I would stay here again

Liked: Clean spacious room. The beds were comfortable. The TV was big.
Disliked: The ice machine did not work, that would have been nice. Also, a hot breakfast would have been amazing. The breakfast was sad, in fact disappointing. My kids can't get by on cereal and bagels. We need protein.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing staff especially Ms Lydia and Ms Caitlin. Keep up the great service! The beds were super comfy.
Disliked: I had very thin pillows and expressed my concerns. Immediately, they were replaced with firmer pillows. When it was the Comfort Inn, they provided hot breakfast not continental, I wish the Hilton would honor that again.

1st time amazing stay

Liked: Every staff person was very accommodating! It was quiet. Simple spacious rooms and clean. Color palette very pleasing to the eye

You don't always get what...

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Checked into my room only to find bed not made with pillows and covers all over the floor.Worst 1st impression I've ever experienced in a Hotel.
