Would only stay there again if I had business VERY nearby. Newly renovated rooms are very comfy and clean. Staff is not super motivated, but manager is trying.
Liked: New rooms are really nice.
Disliked: Night staff is scary. Old rooms are very rough; neighbourhood is rough; staff not so great.

Great location and staff.
Liked: Convenient and staff was impeccable
Disliked: Rooms weren’t stocked. No toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash containers were empty.

Just what we needed when...
Liked: Price was right. They had a free shuttle service to the airport. It was hyper clean.

It was a disappointing experience.
Disliked: Staff was not accommodating. I was traveling due to a power outage at my home. I checked in, but did not go to our room. Our power was restored. When we requested a refund, the staff was VERY rude and did not grant our request. We had to pay for the room, but did not use it. Very disappointing, will not go there again.
