Comfort Inn Philadelphia International Airport West

Would only stay there again if I had business VERY nearby. Newly renovated rooms are very comfy and clean. Staff is not super motivated, but manager is trying.

Liked: The front desk that checked us in was very pleasant
Disliked: The room was disgusting. It smelled, it had water leak marks in the bathroom. The shower door was so loud you could hear it open in the hallway. The inside of our door was peeled off, and the peephole was wide open. My husband shoved a napkin through it so no one could see in our room. The floor was sticky and dirty and the beds stunk of mildew. To top it all off, at 2:30 in the morning, a random fire alarm went off, and after we all had to evacuate, we were told it was "just maintenance."

Disliked: For the price it could have been nicer, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and the ac was cracked.
