Liked: We stayed here for our son's graduation
Disliked: The front desk was rude We asked for towels she didnt have any to give. There was no towels left in room only 3 wash clothes in room. We had to wait to the morning to get towels house keeper apologized. Remote did not workHad to be replaced. The next morning got called to checkout before 11. We have stayed in better hotels in past never had a bad experience like this. Also was charged more than what was quoted on app. Room 209. August 9th.

It was ok.

Liked: Convenient location and free breakfast
Disliked: Not the cleanest. Random ladders and wet floor signs (when floors were dry) left in hallways and elevators. Floors by elevators were very sticky at all times. First room had a non functioning AC that the hotel must’ve been aware of since housekeeping had been there, however they assigned it to me anyway causing me to have to request a new room and move all our belongings. They did assign me a new room upon request however.
