Disappointing

Liked: Availability
Disliked: I rented 3 separate rooms, I was charged twice for each room. I called the hotel they denied, so had to call the bank to get that corrected and refunded.

Superb

Clean and decent

Liked: It was a decent location and clean, but the whole facility looked worn out. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. The shuttle service was excellent though, and the restaurant across the parking lot was very good.
Disliked: As I said, the entire place looked worn. We could hear people.in the next room on the other side of our adjoining door.

It was alright.

Liked: The staff was nice, we requested a room on the first floor and the staff member was able to give us an upgrade. We had requested shuttle to pick us up from ORD airport and it came and the staff member followed up with me to make sure I had gotten the shuttle.
Disliked: We had a lot of luggage if we could have gotten help with it to put in our room from the shuttle would have been nice. I didn't want to ask - and no one offered to help. We were struggling to get it inside, did eventually make it.

Good

Liked: Facility was clean, and their continental breakfast had great options
Disliked: All the front desk staff were great except one. Wasn't very pleasant to talk to, wasn't informative or seem to even want to communicate.

Liked: The breakfast options were sufficient.The hotel was kept in good condition, and quite clean.

Disliked: There were no supermarkets or restaurants nearby.
