Bad

Liked: Fridge was broke no service available no recognition of rude staff behavior! Richard Abbott manager was a rude staunch disrespectful individual that refused to give me the owners name and refused to give me the name of any of the upper management. He is not a great costumer service manager and does not do this hotel service!
Disliked: Customer service was incredibly horrible!

TERRIBLE WAS DEFINITELY A WASTE...

Liked: IT WAS PRETTY BAD WHEN I GOT READY TO GO TO BED IT WAS VERY LATE WHEN I PULLED THE SHEET BACK TO CLIMB IN BED THERE WAS BLACK HAIR ALL OVER, SO I TURNED TO THE OTHER BED AND IT WAS JUST AS BAD WITH HAIR AND STAINS. IT WAS TO LATE AND I DIDN'T WANT THE HASSEL OF CHANGING ROOMS SO I SLEEP ON TOP. WHEN CHECKING OUT ALL THE CLERK HAD TO SAY IS I WILL MAKE A NOTE. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Nice hotel

Disliked: You could hear A little road noise if you are a light sleeper. There was no coffee or breakfast which I am assuming was due to Covid.

Disliked: The rooms were run down there was a missing tile in our bathroom. Not enough soap or shampoo or conditioner the beds were uncomfortable the pillows were bad

Liked: Parking lot was visible from my room
Disliked: Bathroom door didn?t close properly. Cable did not work. Night shift worker?s attitudes were unfriendly.

Exceptional

Liked: We enjoyed the whole stay. Friendly staff too.
Disliked: The hot tubs were not opened but I understood.
