Disliked: All of it. My experience with the staff over the phone and in person were horrendous. Impacted my mental health tremensly. I chose booking.com and to do it online so I didn't have interactions with people when my anxiety was already high and they just made it worse. The lady on the phone argued with me telling me I had a keycard right or wrong when I was explaining that I don't. In the end I asked them to cancel my room they refused to do so. So I then tried to respute it but they refused online aswell so that's when I contacted you guys

Liked: It was clean. Good location.
Disliked: You need a sink in the kitchen/ food preparation area. Bigger TV. Sound proof the connecting door. Put a screen door on the outside so you can get air flow to room.

Liked: Handy spot, nice Thai restaurant dinner onsite when we arrived, clean room, friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like. Been here before which is why I booked again.
