Liked: Good location
Disliked: Its so hard to check in, front desk staff Edgar and other staffs are refused to check in because of i dont have credit card under my name for deposit. I always use company credit card for company related payments. I just spent 1hour30mins at lobby for 6hours sleep at this hotel. He just ignored me and laughing his colleagues. This hotels customer service is just terrible.

Great value for Beaver Creek...
Liked: Great location if you want to ski Beaver Creek and Vail without spending a lot of money. The room is modern and clean. Very fun crowd at the hot tub. The bus stop to Beaver Creek is in front. Many choices at breakfast.

Disliked: toilet did not flush. breakfast was weak. coffee was bad and unacceptable. one carafe was cold the other carafe was at half strength. this persisted all week long.

Liked: The room was clean and the continn breakfast was good. But hotel aws very loud and was difficult to sleep.
Disliked: Hotel was was extremely loud. Could hear guests in next room coughing ans sneezing all through the night. Walls are paper thin. The room was cold and to keep it warm, we had to run the heater. The heater was so loud, it kept us up all night.
