Staff was not very friendly...
Liked: Price except I asked about hospital discount and there wasn’t one
Disliked: The shower had hair in it so not clean I’m 5 9 and the toilet was on the floor very low and I had to use for colon clean out I called the front desk to see if they had bottled water they said no only tap water very loud next to busy road all night

Liked: My room was very comfortable, clean, and not too hot or too cold. It took me a little bit to operate it...LOL, I used Door Dash for dinner. It was my first time.. I found breakfast really good,

You get what you pay...
Liked: Night clerk was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: Used soap bar in shower. Strong cigarette smoke smell all throughout location, especially in room. VERY limited space in breakfast area- tables and chairs very close together.

My experience was very bad...
Liked: The location of this hotel was somewhat near the hospital that I had family admitted to.
Disliked: The hotel was not maintained well. Initially, I noticed the smell, because it did not smell clean. The elevator to access the upper floors was not clean at all; however the room itself was fine, other than the lingering musky smell throughout the whole building. The room I was given was near the road, and although some outside noise would be expected, I could hear everything from the inside of the room, including every footstep and person passing in the hallway. I had booked through booking.com earlier the same day, and even before checking in asked for my stay to be adjusted from 2 nights to only one, but the request was denied. Again the man at the counter refused to adjust my stay when I arrived, even though payment had not been made. I checked in, then realized the condition of the hotel, and decided I could not stay there. When I asked to check out and for a refund, it was refused. When I asked for only a refund on the second day, again the staff told me it was not possible, blaming the fact I had made my reservation through Booking.com, without even listening to my concerns. Ultimately, I left my room keys on the counter, lost my money and had to find different accommodations.I have stayed in various hotels and motels, and have always understood and accepted that things will not be perfect, and some allowances have to be given to the properties; however, this hotel was the worst I had been in, and the staff made me feel very bad.
