Disliked: Room not sound proof. Very disturbed by upstairs guests

Liked: Location fine didn’t have breakfast
Disliked: Every thing very disappointing and disgusting not what we were expecting. Rooms not serviced every day heating didn’t work fan in ensite fell off smelling tea towels no cutlery in one room food left in micro wave used soap left in shower bed and pillows all creased and no one there to help till after 2 then only for awhile Very very disgusted with this not what was advertised in Booking .com don’t stay here it looks like a very run down place

Disliked: Required thorough cleaning. Floor tiles sticky, dirty tea towel in the cupboard. Black scum on bottom of shower door.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, basic motel, not too far from the shops, etc. Small room, so good choice if only staying a day or two.
Disliked: Most upper floor rooms have an ocean view. The room we were given was an upper room that overlooked a busy roundabout, so not ideal. We were surprised as the hotel wasn’t full, so why not put us in the worst room.
