Take the good with the...

Liked: We had a great view from the room.
Disliked: We had trouble getting our heavy cases up a major flight of steps. I thought we'd booked ground level.Also the hotel only supplied one hand towel for 2 guests and no face washers. The shower was not great. There was no-one at all around when we arrived for breakfast so we had to guess where everything was and help ourselves.

Liked: We stayed 2 nights. It was comfortable. The Vicinity to town was good. The spa was good. The bed was comfortable. The price for a high season was good too.
Disliked: Not much to complain about but the shower head was useless and filling the jug under the bath spout not ideal. Overall with a little thought and a spruce up this place would be what it was in the past.
