We may stay again if...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The bathtub/shower did not have a safety bar! I felt unsafe getting into and out of the shower. There was a brief power outage while we were at breakfast so I was uncomfortable getting on the elevator. But the elevator was fine.

Could have been better

Liked: Staff was helpful when she was present at the desk. Room was spacious. Quiet.
Disliked: Fitness room was a joke. An out of order elliptical machine, a small treadmill and some weights. Ice machine was out of order on my floor, so i had to go to another floor to get ice. Girl at front desk was outside talking to housekeepers twice when I needed assistance. No water in drink machine. Only two luggage racks for big hotel.

Liked: Nothing .... didn't get the experience I wanted
Disliked: How they took my money off of my card for two payments not one but two and I wasn't supposed to pay until I got there and I got into a big argument about my money with the young lady being taken off of my card before I even got there 129.00 / 130.00 two payments I haven't received back to my card
