The smell was putrid and...

Liked: Not too far from the University.
Disliked: It smelled bad, like mildew mixed with something unidentifiable.

I will not be choosing...

Liked: The location of the property was good, this was the reason we chose this hotel.
Disliked: When we arrived the rooms air conditioning unit was on. It was blowing out an awful smell. We asked to change rooms and they didn’t have any available which I struggled to believe. The lady sprayed the room, she was very nice but this was only temporary. The smell prevented us from having a good night sleep and this was needed as we had driven from Tennessee and were flying out next day.

Liked: I found the location great, the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, value for money
Disliked: I found the rooms to be overly perfumed (bed linens) which bothered me when I was sleeping. In any case, I don't like a lot of smells, but I'll warn you next time for my room.

Liked: Breakfast staff was good but the front desk staff was excellent! They answer questions concerning the surrounding area and directed us to the nearest dining and shopping areas.
