Liked: We like the location. Everything we need is close by. There is lots of parking. Breakfast is included. The staff is friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are pretty bland. They could use a face-lift. The rooms feel damp. The carpets and couches should be replaced .

Disliked: The pictures that you have online was the reason why I booked. But. when I arrived at the hotel I was very disappointed it was misleading. I didn't like that online it says that you'll are 1.4 miles from Bank of America Stadium clearly it was not it was 30min away that was a huge lie. Please fix it because that was one of the reason I stayed to far.

Liked: The evening manager Chet was very friendly and helpful. He made check-in a breeze and provided us with a room upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is very good as well.
Disliked: The pillows were really small and the walls are thin.
