Disliked: I had to change room because of bed bugs!!!

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was advertised as being a new hotel. It was not and was very out of date. No usb charger for my phone, very small and cramped rooms, literary had tape holding up the door numbers. I feel like I should be getting a refund.

Liked: The hot tub and pool that was about it
Disliked: To check in after a 15 minute wait we had to call the hotel over and over to get someone at the front desk!! The room wasnt that clean and there was dirty mens underwear left behind in the dresser!!!! I placed them outside the door in the hallway

Liked: Clean and friendly.
Disliked: No elevator and no real curtains to block the outside light.

Disliked: Was the most miserable night my husband and I have ever had. The mattresses were so hard, they hurt our backs and we were so stiff and sore the next day.

Liked: Great location, pleasant staff, clean room, good breakfast selections

Liked: Cleanliness and amenities of the room. Comfortable lounge. Very nice breakfast. Good layout of hotel. Nice staff. Location was convenient for everything we needed without having to go very far.

Liked: Clean and friendly staff
Disliked: Pool had to much chlorine in it

Disliked: I booked a King size room and when I arrived the desk clerk was very rude and said well I don't have any. I showed her my confirmation and she well there is nothing I can about it and said I could stay or go elsewhere. VERY RUDE
