Although I had originally considered the Hyatt Place, I selected this location because of its proximity to Technicolor, and I'm glad I did. The rooms are spacious, newly renovated, and clean; breakfast is FREE and hot, and the staff is beyond accommodating! I most enjoyed its residential setting-very relaxing after a hectic day. Loved it!

Worst customer service experience EVER....

Liked: The location is fine although the street has insane potholes that will destroy your car if you're not careful. Lots of stores and restaurants around. The rooms are ok but the hotel definitely needs a renovation.
Disliked: Worst hotel customer service experience ever. It got me really upset and messed up my trip. I would not go back because of this. They refused to give me the room I was paying extra for unless I paid them an additional $30 per night. Even after showing the manager the exact room I booked (which I had stayed in before!), she said it was Booking.com's fault and the prices they charge are too low so I'd still have to pay more. She ended up charging me $5/night more after a long argument, but thankfully Booking.com refunded me. Just absurd.
