We only stayed over one night but there was not a problem with the reservation; no problem parking and we enjoyed the continental breakfast that was offered. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and quiet so you could enjoy your sleep. You can also walk out to go shopping at the Rockvale outlets, no need to have to drive and find a parking space in the stores in the outlets. Best of both worlds. Enjoy!!

Disliked: Toilet paper roll was at a bad spot in our bathroom. Wish it was at a different spot near the toilet instead of near our left arm.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean, soft beds. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Booking charged us $244 for 1 night which I know I requested 2 nights. That should have been the total price for 2 nights. Our keys didn't work on Sunday. Went to front desk and was told we have to pay another $122 for Sunday night. NOT happy about that. Why were we charged $244 for one night?!?! We stayed at Comfort Inn in Martinsburg, WV and told them about this issue, was told that the check in person could/should have adjusted that rate for us. Why was that not done? I want a call back reguarding this issue, please and thank you!

Everything was clean and comfortable...

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated all of the pillows. The bath linens were plentiful. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I have already recommended you to friends. I will stay with you again.

Liked: We enjoyed the stay and will use this hotel again when in the area. Great room, very clean and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: We did not like the breakfast. Eggs tasted horrible, sausage was dry/tasteless, I don't know if we got them on a bad day, but it was not good.
