Disliked: If you wanted breakfast you had to go to the hotel next door on the 3rd floor!!! Needless to say we didn't eat!!!! I'm assuming both hotels are owned by the same company.

Liked: The location is wonderful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The views of the lake were fantastic.
Disliked: The pool was filthy. There were exposed wires buzzing on the ceiling of the pool house, and the water was a thick greenish-blue color, and made your skin itch. The hotel staff I interacted on the phone with was rude and acted inconvenienced by my questions. Also, they advertise breakfast, but it’s in an entirely different building and I would hardly consider what they served us a “continental breakfast.” Lastly, the trash service was unreliable and required too much initiation from their guests to actually get trash removed from the room. We were told we had to call “before 9am” and request trash service. We called 4 times on Wednesday morning, and no answer. Finally we had to go to the front desk and request that someone take our trash. Not very courteous.
