Comfort Inn Kirkland

Comfort Inn Kirkland was fantastic. It was close to the church, restaurants and stores. The continental breakfasts were fine. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again if I need too.

Liked: I felt safe and comfortable. My room was great. It was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about.

Clean and easy to access,...

Liked: Easy to access, minimal noise, clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: We spent four days and even though we asked, our room wasn’t cleaned. Our garbages were overflowing and we ran out of toilet paper. After four days, our room should’ve been cleaned.

Disliked: The shower was low water pressure & the temperature changed, at one point it was cold!!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It smelled musty in the room and the carpet was old with stains. It was close to a main road and very loud. Fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. We decided enough was enough and left when evacuated and drove home that night. We didn’t stay. So we wasted $175 on a very disappointing night. We really should get our money back but can’t because it was booked through you guys and not the hotel directly. I don’t know if I will use booking.com again if I can’t cancel or get my money back when I book through you.
