Disliked: From the start they gave me wrong room and then they gave me the right room with twin size beds I paid for two queen beds room smelled like mold shower didn’t stop leaking restroom door was all warped didn’t close I guess it’s true you get what u pay for never again

Disliked: Didn’t get my deposit back, charged me for the room knowing i had a booking reservation paidDidnt get my money back. The phone doesnt work, or they just don’t pick yp my phone calls

Disliked: Called tons of times, at the begging they answered, but then. They did not answer, they just charged me, even knowing that i had a booking reservation! Didnt get my deposit back, and charger 2K more for what is was already paid.

Disliked: The hotel is nice, the staff, Julia, is a sweetheart, but it had everything to make it great. However, #1, they didn't have the room I booked 2 weeks ago. I was left feeling terrible, so they gave me another one with a carpet that had a very strong smell of barely dried soap. My son has a runny nose all night, and the bathroom totally needs renovation. The pillows are so small for just one night, okay?
