Made reservations; it didn't say anywhere that a 19 year old couldn't stay there. Drove a long way, wanted to stay in case weather was bad. They turned us away, and not in a nice way. Didn't offer to help us fine someplace that would take us.

Disliked: Rude people.

The Indianapolis Comfort Inn was a good deal for the price.

Liked: The woman checking me in at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine (and what I expected).
Disliked: The TV wouldn't turn off but instead went to a "glowing gray" that stayed on all night (neither the remote nor the manual controls would do anything). I reported it the next morning to the desk staff and they said they would look at it.

Will not stay here again

Liked: The pool was a nice temperature.
Disliked: Didn’t keep breakfast stocked. Coffee was terrible. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Won’t return

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Breakfast was adequate but not great. The desk staff and food lady were great.
Disliked: The property is neglected and deteriorating in many aspects. Definitely no ambiance at all. Fortunately my needs were basic/ minimal. I paid for a decent place and found a bare minimum shabby place. Thankfully the interactions with staff were ok.
