Liked: Food was good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Adequate and a perfect location...

Liked: Location was perfect for riding the Cuyahoga scenic railway. Good interstate access.Average hotel. Everything was adequate.
Disliked: Staff was a little blah. Just not engaging.

my stay there was disappointing

Disliked: The room didn’t have a refrigerator, the rooms exterior door was to short to secure the room properly and the lower shelves were very dusty next to the tv.

Liked: it was secluded but close enough to areas such as restaurants and a movie theater!
Disliked: pool was not open unfortunately

Liked: Had to wait an hour to check in because of an error in booking. It was 11:45pm when I got there and it was about an hour later that they checked me in finally. Too. Phone did not work.

Liked: The bed was so comfortable. Melted in the sheets. Amazing thread count. Great job!
Disliked: Television was snowy. Not a clear picture. Very disappointing No body wash available as well.
