Not as I had hoped...
Disliked: Room was dirty and the bed had hair on the bed and in the sheets .we had to get new sheets to put on the beds . The bathroom was dirty and the dresser has something split all over it that was sticky . So I don't think anyone cleaned the room as they should have . By the way I know it's pet friendly but you need to clean the carpet. Room 120

There?s got to be better...
Disliked: Ok, Choice Hotels need to step up if this hotel is going to remain in their program. We?re road tripping and staying in multiple chain hotels, we?ve stayed in some great Choice Hotels but this one has to be the all time worst. The hotels not in a good neighbourhood with lots of homeless hanging around.The elevator?s at one end of the building, so we check in, walk down to the elevator, go up to the 2nd floor and then have to walk back to our room. The stairs carpet is dangerous and stained and needs replacing.The bed creaked every-time you moved. Room lights hadn?t been checked and some didn?t work. Shower was Luke warm at best and had to clear hair from previous user in outlet.. Bathroom needed some extra cleaning. Room advertised on Booking .com as 500sq ft, it was no where near this size. Breakfast tables not cleaned after previous user and cleaned them myself. Food under tables on floor not cleared up from previous user. Pool closed, and this has got to be the worst, hard landscaped areas all around hotel, lots and lots of dog poo left by previous users . Surly the maintenance guys should make clearing this up a priority. I got out of my car and stepped right into s pile before I realised! This isn?t just happening now, take a look through previous reviews and some of these complaints go back at least a year. Just don?t understand why anyone would want to stay at this hotel,

Kudos to those two employees,...
Liked: The two employees that helped me out, after they acknowledged that I had a reservation but not room to put me in, because of the company?s negligence in their computer system. And the hotel manager should know who they are, since I asked them to call the manager and she never answered since it was late and she was sleeping.
Disliked: Having a reservation and not having a room when I got there?s, after calling the hotel earlier and letting them know I was coming in late .
