Trust me you don’t want...

Liked: It was close to the highway, close to restaurants and fast food chains.
Disliked: Where should I begin. They couldn’t find an infant bed at first. The bedding had stains on it. The inside pool wasn’t heated. Smelt like cigarettes and weed through the hallways. Thought it was a non smoking hotel. People were smoking right outside in front of the doors as your trying to enter the hotel. My room didn’t have a deadbolt lock. Didn’t feel safe at all. The bathtub didn’t have a plug to use to take a bath. We had to improvise and use a towel to clog the drain to use as a bath. They’re were two men standing on the roof in front of my room as I was naked getting dressed. Mind you I was on the second floor. I should have gotten some kind of notice at the door to close blinds before they attempted to stand in front of my room to fix something on the third floor. Nothing special about breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit for the kids. There were a lot of dings in the walls. I’m so glad to be out of this hotel.

Liked: Room was very comfortable! Had everything that we needed! Beds were super comfy and clean!
Disliked: Pool was freezing cold. Couldn’t enjoy it at all. And the staff wasn’t around to help when we needed it.

Disliked: Unfortunately we were not alone,we encountered roaches one crawled in the bed and one on the wall near head board took a picture and showed it to the front desk we were then given sheets to change the bedding NOT Housekeeping.They also gave us some Bug Spray to spray the room😔I'm asthmatic so sprays irritate my lungs.Im just really hoping for a full refund for the stay .We purchased 4 rooms that night brought family from out of town and everything.I can be reached at 708 970-4522 Miah Turner Thanks

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!!!!

Liked: The location is excellent
Disliked: Bed bugs!!! I was COVERED in bites from head to toe after staying here. Horrible, horrible, horrible. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Be very careful booking here unless you don’t mind being bitten by bed bugs.

Disliked: Lights and Tv would cut off every thirty minutes I had to keep getting out of bed to walk over by the door to hit the switch for the stuff to cut back on. Lots of trash in the hallway outside of every room and someone we were with seen a roach in their room we were room 221 and they was 314
